Vampire Survivors is surely one of the most exciting titles of 2021 that rose to incredible fame in 2022. Despite the fact that the game couldn’t win any trophy at this year’s The Game Awards, the developers surprised fans by launching the game for mobile on Android and iOS devices.

Currently, you can download Vampire Survivors from App Store or Google Play and play it for free. This is the exact same experience as the PC version with the same amount of characters, stages, and skills. Players can enjoy the full game for free on mobile in a completely offline environment.

Vampire Survivors already launch on PC as early access back in 2021. Less than a year later, the game became available as a full experience in 2022. Since then, many players joined Vampire Survivors and started hunting down enemies in this creative roguelike. The game managed to reach over 77,000 concurrent players on Steam back in February this year, which was a huge achievement for a single-player indie game.

Currently, Vampire Survivors is available on Steam with a 20% discount for a limited time. If you are a PC Game Pass subscriber, you can play it for free. Next week on December 15, the developers will launch the first post-launch expansion of the game. The Legacy of The Moonspell DLC will add 8 new characters, 13 new weapons, 6 new music tracks, and one new stage. The new stage of the game is 25 times bigger than other maps in Vampire Survivors. The expansion is a paid one, but it will only cost $1.99, which is not too much.

It’s yet to be seen whether the expansion would be available on mobile, but even if it comes, we should probably expect it to arrive a bit later than on PC. Despite launching a paid DLC, the developer confirmed that Vampire Survivors will still receive free updates as well.

Recently, the game received some new achievements and unlockable items through a post-launch free update. However, it seems like bigger content such as new characters or weapons will be locked behind a tiny paywall.
