Good morning, good day, good weekend, and welcome to Whatcha Been Playing. Yer boy Moyse continues to endure what has been the most drawn-out house move in recorded memory, (we’re getting there, dood), and as such has been living a life strictly comprised of work on Destructoid and moving shit around. It’s exhausting, honestly. It’s been a non-stop week for me, punctuated only by movie podcasts and a topical watch of Evil Dead (2013). Which appears to be a far better flick than it has any right to be.

So, I haven’t been able to indulge in gaming this week, (my distraction gear remains all boxed up), and I’m starting to feel heavy withdrawal from Hades, Street Fighter, Celeste, Returnal, and other go-to favorites. Ugh. Frankly, I cannot wait to get plugged in again, all of this “sunlight” and “moving around” cannot be good for my eyes, bones, and old, old soul. That said, maybe it’s good to take these forced breaks from gaming once in a while. They say absence makes the heart grow fonder, and I can only see myself falling deeper in love with Zagreus’ collar bone as time passes.

Thus, I turn to you, dear readers of Destructoid, to fulfill my gaming thirst this weekend. While I may have to suffer without digital satisfaction, you are none so encumbered.
