With Black Friday in the rearview mirror, the big focus is now on getting through the holiday period. Sadly, that means fewer blockbuster releases. It’s not all gloomy, though, and there are still a few games coming out on Xbox between now and the new year. So, what is new on Xbox this week? Hello Neighbor 2 is a two-for-one this week on Xbox as it’s releasing on Tuesday, December 6, and it’ll be heading straight to Xbox Game Pass. Subscribers won’t need to pay a penny to get stuck into the family-friendly stealth horror sequel. And if you aren’t a subscriber, what are you even doing?
Staying on the topic of Xbox Game Pass, while not a new release, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will be joining the subscription service this week, less than a year after its original release. Definitely give this one a look if you’re a fan of LEGO and Star Wars.
Far Cry 6 may not be at the forefront of the gaming world anymore (it lasted about a week, didn’t it?) but it’s still getting the famous Ubisoft post-launch support. The French publisher continues to expand on Far Cry 6 with the Lost Worlds expansion which will take players on a dimension-shifting adventure with new gameplay features and weapons.
