In Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, players can purchase a large variety of things, including recovery items, Picnic accessories, new clothes, food, and much more. Many of these come with a high price, though.
There are two types of currency that can be used to purchase items: League Points and Pokemon Dollars. Two types of currency mean double the amount of money you can gain! Here’s how you can stock up on money as quickly as possible.
Tera Raid Battles & Selling Items
The best and fastest way to earn a lot of Pokemon Dollars and League Points is through Tera Raid Battles. Just by approaching a Tera Raid Battle, you will immediately get 500 League Points. This is sure to make your wallet quite happy.
When you complete a Tera Raid Battle as well, you will get a large number of special treasures. This includes items such as:
- Stardust
- Pearls
- Tiny Mushrooms
- Pretty Feathers
- Rare Candies
The treasure includes much more items. Some of these items can be used specifically to sell for a high price, and you will get Pokemon Dollars in return. You can sell these items at any of the Poke Marts in the game. Besides these treasures from Tera Raid Battles, you can also sell any unwanted items you have in your bag. Some items can give you a decent bit of money, like an Ether that sells for 300 Pokemon Dollars.
Battle Pokemon Trainers & Wild Pokemon
Battling Pokemon Trainers and wild Pokemon is the next best way to stock up on cash while still focusing on the main story of the game. In each area you discover, there will be an abundance of new Pokemon Trainers to battle.
On the main roads and paths, you will easily find lower-level Trainers to battle who can give you a decent bit of Pokemon Dollars. However, the stronger Trainers can be found farther away from the main paths, as shown in the image above, and they can allow you to earn an even bigger sum of money. Make sure to scour the whole region before you move on to the next, as you might miss a Trainer with a little extra money on their hands.
As for wild Pokemon, each battle can give you a small quantity of League Points. As the Pokemon eventually get higher in level, you will start to earn even more League Points. Make sure to battle as many Pokemon as possible in the wild to not only give your Pokemon experience but to gain a bit of Points as well.

The last method to squeeze out as much cash as possible from the game is by equipping the Amulet Coin on one of your active party Pokemon. This item will double the amount of prize money received from a battle, which can be a significant increase.
In order to get the Amulet Coin, you will need to head to Medali in West Province (Area Three). Then, head to the Pokemon Center on the eastern side of Medali. There will be a Pokemon League Representative standing nearby in a suit. Approach him, and he will give you the Amulet Coin so long as you have defeated 5 Pokemon Trainers in West Province (Area Three).
