However, one of the latest issues that have been reported is missing cosmetics and skins that don’t appear in specific menu options. Missing Cosmetics & Skins in Overwatch 2
If you have noticed some missing cosmetics and skins in Overwatch 2, Blizzard Entertainment has provided a few quick fixes to these issues:
- Ensure that you are logging into the correct Battle.net account associated with your Overwatch 2 skins.
- Check your Order History to see if the payment was successful.
- Wait for Blizzard Entertainment to fix this bug.
According to a post from the Technical Forum Agent, Kershew, the company is aware of this cosmetics problem and is investigating the bug. Additionally, the message stated that players “should not have lost any skins or golden weapons.” Besides this post, the missing skins error is also noted as one of the Known Launch Issues, where particular items are not showing up in their collections.
Fortunately, an Overwatch user has indicated that their cosmetics have been restored after waiting a few hours. At first, their previous skins, like DVA Waveracer and Poolside Ashe, were locked even if they had previously obtained them from the first installment. But now it seems to be working, which will hopefully be updated for the rest of the community.
