Monopoly GO has released Jungle Treasures, the next event in the “Treasures” series. These events are always fun, and provide us with a lot of rewards. Let’s brave the jungle and get started!

Below is a full list of all the rewards for clearing levels in Jungle Treasures. Note that cash prizes can’t be assigned a value as it’ll be different for each player. Also, lots of these rewards are dealt in colored vaults, but I’ve instead included the contents of the vaults.

How does Jungle Treasures work in Monopoly GO?
Jungle Treasures is an event in Monopoly GO where, for once, some skill is actually involved. In these events, you’ll be whisked away to a dig site to dig up tiles to reveal treasure.
There are a whopping 20 levels this time around for this Treasures event, which makes Jungle Treasures the longest one we’ve had. This only means one thing: more rewards! As there are more levels this time around, there is a little more time than usual to complete this event.
In each level of Jungle Treasures, you’ll be tasked with uncovering ancient artefacts and goodies in the archeological dig site. Almost all of the treasures are hidden under numerous tiles, so you’ll be spending your Pickaxes to fully uncover the treasures to add them to the collection for that level.
The treasures that you’ll be digging up can range from very large to very small — so be careful when digging! The collection at the top will tell you not only how many you’ve got left in that level, but also their sizes, making it a little easier to play strategically. Also, be very careful, as they can be placed sideways. Don’t let this trick you into spending unnecessary Pickaxes.
Once you’ve uncovered all of the treasures for that level, you’ll receive the level rewards and will move on to the next one. In this event, there is a new Emoji, a new Shield, and a new Player Token up for grabs.

How to get Pickaxes in Jungle Treasures in Monopoly GO
Pickaxes are what you’ll be using to uncover the tiles to reveal the treasures to complete levels in Jungle Treasures. you’ll be coming across a lot of Pickaxes as long as you’re rather active on Monopoly GO, which is good because you’ll be needing loads to complete the event.
Below is every single way to get Pickaxes in Monopoly GO for the Jungle Treasures event:

As you can see, there are passive and active ways to get Pickaxes in Monopoly GO. Make sure to maximise as much as you can to get as many Pickaxes as possible. This will directly influence how well you perform, which dictates how many rewards you claim!
Make sure to claim the Quick Wins, Daily Treats, and free gift every time they’re available. The free gift refreshes every 8 hours, and the Quick Wins and Daily treats will refresh every 24 hours. Doing these will give you a great baseline of Pickaxes every day, but they won’t see you through the event. Participate in the other concurrent events to get as many Pickaxes as possible.
Best way to win Jungle Treasures in Monopoly GO
If you want to win Jungle Treasures in Monopoly GO, then you’ll need to make sure you’ve got the strategy down.
When uncovering tiles in Jungle Treasures, make sure to be very careful and deliberate with your reveals. Every tile costs one Pickaxe, and you’ll want to use as little as possible.
When starting a level, take note of the treasure sockets at the top. This will tell you how many treasures are in this level and what size they are. You can even calculate how many Pickaxes you’ll need minimum for this level if you’d wish.
Start by uncovering one of the tiles in the middle. This will divide the level into imaginary zones, which will make managing it easier. When uncovering, try to make sure that the tile you’re uncovering eliminates as many possibilities as it can. Even if you don’t uncover a part of a treasure, knowing where the treasures aren’t is as useful as knowing where they are.
Remember that treasures can be placed sideways, so find the tiles that may be hiding the most treasures and uncover it. Not only will you likely have revealed a treasure, but you’ll also gain a better indication of where the other treasures might be.
Applying this logic will save you a lot of Pickaxes, allowing you to progress further in the event.
How long will Jungle Treasures last in Monopoly GO?
Jungle Treasures started on the 22nd of January in Monopoly GO, and will last for just over four days, ending on January 26th. This should give us plenty of time to complete the extra levels and benefit from all of the awesome rewards.
