Winifred Sanderson
The eldest of the Sanderson Sisters in Hocus Pocus 2 is Winifred (played by Bette Midler), the de facto leader amongst her siblings and arguably the most dangerous. Picking her out from her siblings is easy: Winnie possesses bright red hair and buck teeth.
Though her sisters have their own strengths, Winifred’s mastery over the Manual of Witchcraft and Alchemy, coupled with her intelligence, is what puts her leagues ahead of her siblings. For that, the other Sanderson sisters look to her for guidance.
Mary Sanderson
Despite her goofy appearance, Mary Sanderson (played by Kathy Najimy) isn’t a witch you’d want to cross paths with. She’s nearly as intelligent as her older sister, Winifred, and puts it to good use by combining it with her sense of smell, which she uses to sniff out potential victims such as children.
As evil as eating children is, Mary Sanderson isn’t without feelings; in fact, she’s got quite the soft spot for her sisters, especially Winifred, whom she loves to please. Mary’s more than happy to comfort her sisters when times are tough.
Sarah Sanderson
The youngest Sanderson Sister, and considered the most beautiful, is Sarah Sanderson (played by Sarah Jessica Parker). Most men would feel lucky to catch her eye, but soon find out their fate is sealed.
Sarah is very promiscuous, in addition to being quite the deviant. She has no qualms over using her natural beauty and hypnotic voice to send men to their doom, though one of the exceptions was Billy Butcherson, an ex-boyfriend of Winifred’s.
