Classic: The answer is Ezreal, the Prodigal Explorer. 

Quote: “Not troll chief. Troll King. King!” is rather obviously said by Trundle. 

Ability Icon: The icon is for Rakan’s passive, Fey Feathers, but only if Xayah is on the same team.

Splash Art: The splash art belongs to Vel’Koz, specifically his “Definitely Not” Vel’Koz skin. The splash art also features Maokai, Tahm Kench and Draven from the same skin line.
