And it comes complete with Champagne stains from booze-fuelled post-game celebrations.
According to TMZ Sports, the sweater could be the most expensive bit of hockey memorabilia ever sold.

It is being auctioned off by Grey Flannel Auctions and had a minimum bid of $320,000 (US$250,000). Already one fan has bid $515,000 (US$402,628). If you want to get in on the action, there is still just over two weeks left to own a piece of The Great One.

The most prolific goal scorer in hockey history wore the fabled #99 in the final game against the Boston Bruins. The powerhouse Oilers won the series in five games — kinda.
Gretzky et al technically swept the Bruins but the power went out with three minutes left in the second period of the clincher. So, the league tossed the game and played game five two days later.
The Great Gretzky nailed a goal and two assists in the Game 5 win. And then, the party was over and the superstar was traded to the Los Angeles Kings a few months later.
The sweater is a Nike size XL and besides the Champagne stains comes complete with puck marks and loose threads, TMZ says.
The auction house said the sweater was authenticated using photo matching.
