Heavyweight boxer Tyson Fury admitted “I’d be dead’ if it wasn’t for his wife Paris Fury.

Tyson and Paris are set to share an insight into their family life with their new Netflix series, At Home with the Furys.

The couple invited cameras into their home and in an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk and other press, Tyson said: “Nothing was off limits”.

Viewers will see Tyson and Paris’ relationship put to the test as they navigate life after the boxer’s retirement while raising six children.

When asked where they would be without each other, Tyson candidly replied: “I’d be dead probably and Paris would probably be in the arms of another man and I’d be in heaven looking down screaming.”

Paris chipped in: “If I’ve had to deal with you all these years, I’d definitely not take on another one.”

Tyson went on: “I truly believe if I wasn’t with Paris from such a young age I probably wouldn’t be here anymore, that is a fact.

“We’ve always been together. We’ve grown up together as kids. So we don’t really know any difference.

“We’ve had good times and bad times like everybody else, but we’re in it for the long run.”

He added: “What doesn’t break us, makes us stronger and nothing can ever come between us.”

When chatting about their family life and how there is a “downside” to being famous, Paris said she’d like to think they are a “normal family”.

However, Tyson disagreed as he said: “We’re not a normal family, we are on TV, so we’re not a normal family, we are a celebrity family.”

Paris, who is expecting her seventh child, went on to discuss how the series came about, admitting her husband needed to find something to do when he started retirement.

She stated: “It was kind of one of those things that when he started retirement, I knew it would never work unless he filled it with something else and if he didn’t find another job that he wanted to put his time into.”

“So then he was just sort of lingering around,” Paris said before turning to Tyson. “Your mental health was different because you didn’t have a purpose and for a young person to have no focus or purpose in life…

“I mean, yes, of course, we’ve got each other, we’ve got the children and family, but on a day-to-day basis, I’ve got 1,000,001 jobs to do, like I get up in the morning and Tyson was just sort of lingering around.”

At Home with the Furys is available to watch on Netflix from August 16.
