Spotlight Hour: Ralts
Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2022, from 6 to 7 p.m. local time
The second Spotlight Hour in September 2022 puts the spotlight on Ralts, which can even be found in the rare Shiny version on this occasion. For 25 candies, Ralts evolves into Kirlia, which in turn has two evolution paths: For 100 candies and a Sinnoh Stone, male specimens may evolve into Gallade, while for a mere 100 candies they can become Gardevoir. During the event, double experience points are awarded for catching Pokémon.
Raid Hour: Unknown
Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2022, from 6 to 7 p.m. local time
Deoxys is already leaving the Level 5 Raids on Tuesday to make way for two other Legendary Pokémon – possibly Lunala and Solgaleo. This is not officially confirmed, but the findings of data miners point to it. Whichever Legendaries make their debut on Tuesday, they will compete in their first Raid Hour on Wednesday. In doing so, they will give you the opportunity to complete a bunch of raid battles against them in quick succession.
GO Battle League: Ultra League and Weather Cup
Thursday, Sept.15, 2022, starting at 1 p.m. PDT
Season 12 of the GO Battle League continues. The Great League and Psychic Cup will run until Thursday, with Ultra League and Weather Cup kicking off during the day. This format has a cap on competition points (CP) of participating Pokémon at the Ultra League level, which is 2,500 CP. In addition, only monsters of the Fire, Water, Ice, and Rock types may participate.
Test Your Mettle: Start
Friday, Sept. 16, 2022, starting at 10 a.m. local time
Exactly what Test Your Mettle entails is unknown at the time of writing this article. The name obviously indicates that Steel-type Pokémon are in focus, with Mega Aggron very likely debuting in the game’s Mega Raids. We’ll update you here as soon as more is known about the event.
Community Day: Roggenrola
Sunday, Sept. 18, 2022, from 2 to 5 p.m. local time
The September 2022 Community Day with Roggenrola is scheduled for this coming Sunday. As usual, the Star of the Day will appear more frequently in the wild and its Shiny probability will be increased. Also, a new attack, Meteor Beam, debuts as the exclusive Community Day attack for Roggenrola’s final evolution, Gigalith. For all the details, check out the event overview.
