February’s Playstation Plus games have major titles such as The Outer Worlds, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and more.
Playstation Plus February Lineup Includes RPGs The Outer Worlds, AC Valhalla and More
A whole new round of games are heading to Playstation Plus this February, among them are the space adventure The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition, the Viking experience Assassin’s Creed Valhalla as well as the stellar Tales of Arise and fantasy roguelike Tales of Zestiria. The list of games will arrive on February 20th according to the PS Plus tiers.
A Trip to The Outer Worlds
One not to be missed is The Outer Worlds. This engaging sci-fi RPG adventure takes a quirky look at space travel, with some Fallout inspiration. The single-player title gets high praise for its story, narrative choice and overall humour. We called it “a unique space adventure of your own making” in our review.
The Spacer’s Choice edition means it comes with all its bells and whistles content-wise. This bundles together Murder on Eridanos and Peril on Gorgon. It also features higher-resolution graphics, a dynamic weather system, overhauled lighting and environments. Players can also enjoy improved performance and load times, enhanced details on characters, an increased level cap and more. With The Outer Worlds 2 in development, now’s a great time to enjoy this quirky sci-fi trip.

Welcome to Valhalla
Another not be missed for Playstation Plus is Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. This AC entry takes players on a journey to the 9th century when Vikings roamed the lands. Following a Norseman Eivor who leads his clan to the vast open world, landing in England. Here they can raid, and conquer. The game also receives several DLCs with new locations, skills, river raids and a further difficulty option. And who doesn’t enjoy sea shanties on a Viking boat?
The game also includes a more historical look at the Viking Age through the Discovery Tour which allows for a less hostile experience to explore and learn about Vikings as well as the Anglo-Saxons.
If you plan to raid be sure to visit our Assassin’s Creed Valhalla wiki for all the latest.
Arising Tales
The Action-RPG Tales of Arise will also be gracing PS Plus for Extra and Premium subscribers. This entry follows the collision of two characters from very different worlds who must figure out their fate together. The anime style watercolour graphics and fun, flashy combo combat will definitely draw you in. The party style combat may remind you of a newer recent entry, Granblue Fantasy Relink. So this is great one to try out.
You can check out our review where we called it quite generous in terms of content with over 40 hours to enjoy. If you want even more Tales there’s also Tales of Symphonia, Tales of Vesperia and Tales of Zestiria this month.
