The Fool Social link in Persona 4 Golden revolves around story moments and often leads to new members joining the Investigation Team.
The Investigation Team is the group of persona users in Perona 4 Golden. The Fool Social link is for the Investigation Team and will rank up as new members join the team and as they get closer to the truth about the murders and the Midnight Channel.
While initially started by just the protagonist and Yosuke, other school members will quickly join with each new victim. While there are dialogue options, They won’t have the usual effect as they do in other social links. This social link will have the usual impact on summoned personas, giving them bonus levels each time they are fused, depending on the rank of this social link.
Fool’s Social Link Ranks
This social link will automatically begin on 4/17 after the protagonist, Yosuke, and Chie enters the TV World to save Yukiko. After Chie runs ahead, the protagonist and Yosuke can explore the castle’s first floor, with the second floor being Chie’s shadow boss fight. For the most part, this social link will continue to rank up at the end of a dungeon deadline.

After completing this social link and continuing the story, the social link will begin the Judgment Social Link for the Seekers of Truth. This is another story-based social link that will rank up as the player continues down the main story path.
