Wingspan first launched in 2019 as a traditional board game before releasing on the Switch eShop in 2020. Both versions were so well-received that the title is finally getting a physical Switch release on July 31. Preorders for the Wingspan Special Edition are now available, costing just $40 and including a few nice bonuses.

Depending on how you build your preserves and what birds flock to your property, you can set off chain reactions that lure other winged creatures to you, earning additional points.
