Chelsea Murphy (Viva Bianca) may be finally about to get her comeuppance on ‘Neighbours’ and fans think that Krista Sinclair (Majella Davis) is the character that’s going to do it.
Krista has been trying to find out who locked her in the sauna at Lassiter’s, causing her to lose her unborn baby Hope. Viewers know that it was Chelsea who was behind the shocking stunt but Chelsea has been doing everything in her power to stop anyone from finding out. Recently, the dastardly character slept with the IT consultant who was investigating the incident in a bid to prevent him from spilling the truth.
While Chelsea attempts to stay in Paul’s (Stefan Dennis) affections, as he refocuses his attention on his family who have moved back in to the penthouse, she’s also having to keep the IT consultant happy who now thinks they have a chance at a real relationship.
Why is Krista suspicious of Chelsea?
Viewers have seen Krista getting gradually more suspicious of Chelsea and she quizzed her this week about seeing the consultant coming out of her room (side note – Paul asked Chelsea to move to a room in the hotel and out of the penthouse). In retaliation, Chelsea purposely alerted Krista to bottles of pills she claimed to find in a hotel room, in the hope that the former drug addict would relapse.
Has Krista really relapsed or is she tricking Chelsea?
Today’s episode (Tuesday 16th April) saw Chelsea find Krista passed out on the sofa at her home. At first panicking that her evil plans had once again gone too far, Chelsea was relieved when Krista regained consciousness. She also clocked the bottles of pills in Krista’s bag. Fans believe that Krista is tricking Chelsea in a bid to catch her out and show everyone the character’s true colours.
Could this finally be the end of Chelsea?
Given how many situations Chelsea has managed to worm her way out of, we’re not confident that this will be her comeuppance BUT Krista is a smart cookie. She’s proven time and time again that she’s a tough cookie and she’s definitely aware that Chelsea is up to no good. Now that Krista has built bridges with Paul, she has a little more leverage and if she’s sensible she’ll team up with Terese (Rebekah Elmaloglou) to get ride of Chelsea once and for all.
