Appearing on the series, Sam said she was looking for a “big, muscly man” like superhero Aquaman.

Host Anna Richardson then asked her the all-important question: “How do you feel about getting your kit off later on?”

Sam bluntly said: “Traumatised” as Anna was taken aback and said: “Okay…”

The picker followed this up with: “But you only live once. Let’s go for it.”

Anna then told her: “Let’s go for it and see if we can find you your very own Aquaman.”

Once Sam had narrowed it down to the final two, Anna said the next time her potential beaus would see her, she would be in the buff.

Sam clutched her face and gasped: “I forgot about this bit!”

Anna waved Sam goodbye as she looked nervous and went off to disrobe before returning to the studio.

When asked how she was feeling about parading around in her birthday suit, Sam said: “Awkward but okay.”

However, she was met with a wave of compliments about her body from the two men hoping she would pick one of them.

In the end, Sam chose 28-year-old retail manager Ryan with the couple going on a date later on.

The date went well and later the pair met up for a reunion with the sparks continuing to fly – despite Sam’s initial awkwardness at showing off her naked body for the camera.

Sam said four weeks later: “We just clicked straight away. I just laughed the whole time. I really enjoyed it.

“Since the date, we speak every single day. The majority of the time we will have like a three-hour phone call. I’ve never spoken to anyone that much.”

She confirmed they were exclusively seeing each other as Ryan said: “We get on really, really well.”

He continued: “You are a very good-looking girl, don’t get me wrong.

“You’re very attractive but your personality is what actually made me break my barrier down and really want to get to know you.”

Sam fought back tears as Ryan made the admission and she said: “Don’t want to cry. It’s just nice to hear, isn’t it? Finally having someone want to look after me. It’s a really nice feeling.”
