Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 02 is just a couple of weeks away. Ahead of the new content Season 02 will bring, Infinity Ward and Raven Software has deployed some bug fixes in Modern Warfare 2, Warzone 2, and the DMZ mode.

Although it’s been quiet on the multiplayer front, we know some details about the changes we can expect to see in Warzone 2 Season 02. Some features from the original Warzone are making their highly anticipated return. Gulag battles will be 1v1, floating loot will replace the backpack mechanic, and more.

Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 bug fixes aim to bring about more stability

Predominantly, Infinity Ward has made numerous fixes to the gunsmith to make customizing your weapons a smoother experience. A problem has now been repaired which showed weapon decals and stickers as being blocked and therefore, stopping players from jazzing up their guns.

And decals are just the start. A problem that prevented players from saving custom mods when equipping a camo has been resolved. Knives should now be bug-free, and you should no longer be kicked to the main menu when creating a custom knife. Other notable fixes include stability updates when entering and leaving the Firing Range. In addition, an issue that allowed Sentry Guns to be placed inside a tank to cause some rather frustrating deaths has been patched.

In Warzone 2, a common glitch which saw players who used a Recon Drone near water lose some mobility has been squashed.

The aforementioned are just a handful of the many Warzone 2 bugs featured in the new patch. Hopefully the developers are working on more bug fixes in time for the launch of Season 02. But if you’d like to pour over the list, be sure to give the patch notes a look.

Season 02 of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 will begin on February 15.
