I’m A Celebrity All Stars: South Africa is coming to ITV on April 24 and Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly will be fronting the new series. The contestants have already been revealed and they include model and TV personality, Janice Dickinson. The 68-year-old is believed to have suffered a “terrifying fall” on set.
The star was reportedly taken to hospital with head injuries and had to pull out of filming, which took place last year.
It is understood she fell over a cable whilst trying to walk in the dark whilst in camp.
A source told The Sun on Sunday she had been looking for the toilet during the night, but tripped and landed on the ground.
They said she was left with concussion, a black eye, bruised cheeks, a split lip and hand fractures after the fall.

ITV was approached by Express.co.uk for comment but the network said it would not be commenting on the reports.
At this stage, it is not known whether the incident will be shown in the upcoming series.
A teaser for the South Africa spin-off shows Janice getting tearful following a gruesome eating trial.
She was seen holding her hand over her mouth whilst sobbing: “I can’t do it!”
In 2007, she was a contestant on the original I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! and she finished as runner-up.
Proving she is tough competition when it comes to reality shows, she came seventh on Celebrity Big Brother 16.
Other contestants in the South Africa spin-off include Shaun Ryder, Fatima Whitbread and Phil Tufnell.
I’m A Celebrity All Stars: South Africa airs on ITV1 and ITVX from April 24.
