There are a multitude of game modes to choose from when playing Disney Speedstorm. You can’t play some of these modes just yet, as you must unlock them first. Disney Speedstorm is a new Disney kart racer by Gameloft, the same developers of Disney Dreamlight Valley. By playing through this Early Access game, you can discover a new type of mode called Limited Events. But how can you unlock Limited Events in Disney Speedstorm? Continue reading to find out.
Unlocking Limited Events in Disney Speedstorm
The first thing you’ll notice when hopping into Disney Speedstorm for the first time are the locked game modes. If you’re itching to unlock any of these modes, you’ll have to progress through the Starter Circuit. These are quick chapters with missions to complete. You’ll want to unlock Limited Events because they’re a quick way to earn Upgrade materials for your racers, as well as Seasonal Coins and Tokens, which are some of the few currencies in Disney Speedstorm.

Limited Events are daily and weekly missions which offer races in different difficulties. You can also select which objectives you’d like to complete for a chance at rewards. There are also milestone rewards from completing a certain amount of Limited Event missions. The first page on the Limited Events screen shows Seasonal Events, which includes a mission that sticks around for the entire Golden Pass season.
Now that you understand what Limited Events are, unlocking them in Disney Speedstorm is pretty simple. Firstly, make sure to complete Chapter One of the Starter Circuit to unlock Chapter Two, called ‘Meet Donald Duck’. After you complete the first race of this chapter in the Ancient Ruins, the next unlockable on your path are the Limited Events! Playing through Limited Event missions are quick and easy ways to earn useful rewards.
