Resident Evil 4 Remake is stuffed to the brim with far more treasure to find than the original. There have also been some changes to the kinds of jewels and gems that you can insert into them. With six different gem types, they can each be inserted into a variety of different treasure items, unlike the original, which was much more restrictive.
If you can find the right combination of treasure and gems then you can quite easily pick up 100k pesetas for your efforts, which will earn you a trophy. We’ll show you everything you need to make your treasures as valuable as possible.

There is only one combination that will get you the 100k pesetas you want, and that’s by filling the Elegant Crown with five different gem colors. It’s the most valuable treasure in the game, and five different stones will double your bonus, pushing the value up to 100k.
This means you’ll need one of each jewel type (except a ruby), inserting them all into the crown and selling it to the merchant will get you 100k and the trophy.
Now you know the what, we’ll tell you the where, and you should be on the lookout for this item during Chapter 10 of the game when you visit the Depths – you can come back here later if you missed it though.
Just before entering the area where you fight Verdugo, you’ll find the crown near a corpse on the ground, just before the weak-looking rocks in the wall you have to break through to progress.
