The Icy region of Glaseado Mountain is home to many Ice-Type Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. It offers vast areas of snowy mountaintops and a plethora of rewards scattered around.
One of the best rewards you can find on your search of Glaseado Mountain is the Ice Stone. This will evolve a few Pokémon, including Eevee, Crabrawler, and Cetoddle. To help evolve these Pokémon into their final forms, follow the instructions below to find the Ice Stone around Glaseado Mountain.
First Location: North Of Montenevera
The first spot where you will most likely find an Ice Stone is just north of the town of Montenevera. This location should be relatively easy to reach.
You will want to begin by flying to the Montenevera Pokémon Center. When you arrive, start heading towards the exit located north that takes you down the mountain.
As you are making your way down, the Ice Stone should be on the right side on the first downward slope. It will be a small sparkling spot in the snow.
If you do not find an Ice Stone in this location, there are many scattered randomly around Glaceado Mountain. Keep searching the sparkling spots and Poke Balls in the area, and you are sure to find a few.
Second Location: Glaseado’s Grasp
The next location you can find an Ice Stone is in the small area of Glaseado’s Grasp on Glaseado Mountain.
To reach this area, you can fly either to Glaseado’s Grasp if you have it unlocked, or the Glaseado Mountain Pokémon Center. From the Pokémon Center, head southwest to reach Glaseado’s Grasp, pinned on the map above.
You will run into a sign labeled ‘Glaseado’s Grasp’, and from here you will want to go to the right. Head up the small hill.
There will be a big rock at the top, and a small red PokéBall in front. Grab this, and you will have found your second Ice Stone.
Third Location: Dalizapa Passage
Finally, the last best location to find an Ice Stone is in Dalizapa Passage. This Ice Stone will be hidden inside a cave, and will be hard to reach if your Miraidon or Koraidon doesn’t have the ability to either climb or high jump.
You will want to first fly to the Dalizapa Passage Pokémon Center. From here, the Ice Stone will just be directly north inside the cave area.
Head up the first incline until you see a small cliff on the right side. Jump or climb up this cliff, and there will be a red PokéBall at the edge. Grab this item, and you will have received another Ice Stone.
If you do not have Miraidon and Koraidon’s abilities to climb or high jump, you might be able to jump on top of this cliff with a little effort. Go to the very edge that meets the wall, and jump up on top.
