Fortnite is no stranger to Marvel characters. Over the many seasons, we have seen a variety of heroes and villains come to the game, and now it is Magneto’s turn.
With the X-Men finally making their debut into the MCU recently (albeit in a post-credits scene), Magneto is joining Fortnite, and he looks to be incredibly strong. But, how can you get Magneto in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3? Unfortunately, you will have to wait a while until he is made available by Epic.
How to get Magneto in ‘Fortnite’
Magneto can only be earned in Fortnite via the Wrecked Season Pass quests, which will become available from July 2, 2024, according to Epic Games’ launch blog for the season. This means that throughout May and June, you won’t be able to play as Magento.
However, once the seasonal quests launch – likely in the first half of the month, we will be sure to update this guide with all the quest details about how you can unlock him for yourself and begin reshaping and reforming the flow of matches with his magnetic powers.
In the launch trailer for the season, we can already see him turn a vehicle into a large ball of metal that he then throws at someone. Plus, it appears you can create a shield that protects you from damage coming at you head-on.
There is no doubt that Magneto will be a hot character when the seasonal quests launch – so be prepared to face him a lot in matches come July.
