Luckily, Legion Events are always happening, just like the recently added Blood Harvests. They’re on a 25-minute timer, so when it ends, the next Legion Event will begin right after. You can find an active one by checking your map!
World Bosses, on the other hand, are on a far more complicated schedule. You’re best off using a really helpful Diablo 4 event timer, like Diablo4Life. Regardless of which method you use, Exquisite Blood drops quite frequently.

The purpose of Exquisite Blood is simple: you use it to summon Lord Zir again, and if you’ve been playing Season of Blood, you know exactly who that is. If not, you’ll face off against him at the end of the Season of Blood campaign.
To summon Lord Zir, you’ll need three things:

- The Bloodied Altar, located in the Ancient’s Seat dungeon
- Set the difficulty to World Tier 4
To find the Ancient’s Seat dungeon, you need to enter the Darkened Way dungeon. Again, you’ll have passed through here before to kill Lord Zir. Head to his throne room and interact with the Bloodied Altar at the center.
