Copper is one of the many resources that you can mine from the Lava Caves in the desert biome. Here is the detailed process to mine Copper and get Copper Bars in LEGO Fortnite.
How to mine Copper in LEGO Fortnite
Copper can only be found inside Lava Caves, which can only be found in desert biomes. Finding a desert biome is a tough task in LEGO Fortnite. However, if you manage to find one, you will have access to an abundance of loot. Once you have found the desert biome, roam around a bit and find the entrance to a Lava Cave.
After finding the entrance of a Lava Cave, get inside the cave and you will find Copper ores. Copper ores are orange in color and will be deposited on the floor or the walls of the Lava Cave. Use a Pickaxe to break these ores and obtain Copper. There will be a lot of deposited ores inside a Lava Cave, so once you get inside, make sure you have collected as much as you can.

How to get a Copper Bar in LEGO Fortnite
In order to get a Copper Bar in LEGO Fortnite, you must first craft a Metal Smelter. Metal Smelters can be crafted with x15 Brightcore, x35 Obsidian Slab, and x3 Blastcore. All of these items can be found inside the Lava Caves as well. Brightcores are golden-colored rocks that can be found beside the lava. And, Obsidian Slabs are purple-colored rocks that can be found deposited in the walls of the Lava Caves. Use a Pickaxe to break these rocks and obtain both of these items. In the case of Blastcore, you must defeat the Blast Mobs. After defeating the Blast Mobs, they will drop Blastcore.
After crafting a Metal Smelter, you will need x1 Copper and x2 Brightcore to obtain one Copper Bar. So, after you have collected a sufficient amount of ingredients, put them inside the Metal Smelter and wait for the Copper Bar to be produced.
