Head To The Throne Room

Along with this request, you are given a photo of where the portrait is located, and many will recognize the Throne Room from when Leon was thrown down into the depths from. The Throne Room is not far from where the request is begun, but one of the rooms you pass through, along with the Ballroom, will be full of new enemies to fight. Even if you cleared out the hive, more flying bug creatures will come out of the ground in the Ballroom.

After leaving the Ballroom, you’ll have to pass through the Antechamber, which won’t have as difficult of a fight as last time but will still keep you on your toes. Within the Antechamber will be filled with many regular infected, but just as many Las Plagas spiders, who will jump on the backs of the infected to make them more aggressive. After taking down a controlled infected, focus your fire on the spiders, as they can jump to another host should you kill the ones they are currently attached to.

Deface The Portrait

Leon About To Throw A Golden Egg At The Ramon Portrait

The portrait is located along the back left wall of the Throne Room. No exact instructions are given as to how you should deface the portrait, but you are given the idea to hit it with something. The last time you were in the Throne Room, it was full of powerful enemies who overpowered Leon, now, it houses nothing more than a few chickens.

One method of defacing is to wait for one of the chickens to lay an egg and throw the egg at the head of Ramon in the portrait. If you have an egg in your inventory, it can be thrown, but waiting for an egg to be laid is the cheapest and most time-consuming way. Should you not want to wait, there is a square lock box puzzle on the other wall with a golden egg within that can be thrown. While this will yield an immediate completion of the request, it will cost you a newly obtained golden egg.
