Resident Evil 4 Remake gives players many opportunities to complete bonus requests and earn the special currency of Spinels to trade with the Merchant. Spinels can be traded for someone incredible items from the Merchant, including unique guns that can only be obtained through this method.
Blue Medallion requests around found in many of the major sections of the map and a recurring request to complete throughout the game. For this request, there are a total of 6 blue medallions to find throughout the Great Hall and the surrounding rooms.
Blue Medallion 1
The first blue medallion is found fairly simply along the back wall of the Great Hall. Head behind the statue that is missing the three heads you’re trying to find to see the hanging medallion behind one of the pillars.
Blue Medallion 2
The second blue medallion is found further back at the entrance to the Great Hall. Returning to the entrance and walking back into the Hall, look to the right side to find a blue wall with a marble design over a cabinet. In the middle of the wall is the blue medallion.
Blue Medallion 3
The third blue medallion is found in the chandelier in the middle of the Great Hall. You’re not able to see it from the ground and will need to head upstairs to the upper section along the right side. Walk closely to the chandelier and look around the lights to find the medallion, which is greatly hidden by the bright lights around it.
Blue Medallion 4
The next medallion is found in the Dining Hall, off to the left side of the upper section of the Great Hall. Walking into the dining hall, head to the back right area and look between the curtain of the window. You’ll have to walk past the window to be able to see the medallion tucked away within.
Blue Medallion 5
The next medallion is found in the Armory, which can be found along the left side of the lower section of the Great Hall. The lower section of the armory will progress you to finding the next missing head, while the upper area will seem mostly blank but is hiding the medallion. Walk around the perimeter of the small arena, with the medallion being tucked away behind the curtains of the divot in the wall to the right side of the arena.
Blue Medallion 6
The final Medallion is found in the Gallery. Walking into the Gallery and towards the goat head will have you be ambushed by infected as you’re lowered into the area below. In this lower section, continue to head towards the wall where the goat head is beneath. Turn to face the way you came to find the last medallion along the left side, behind a pillar.
