The sixth episode of Moon Knight is now available to watch on Disney Plus, and fans wonder if the Tv show will get an episode 7 next week. Well, here’s everything you need to know about the Phase 4 series’ episode count.

Moon Knight’s finale gave us the epic conclusion to Marc and Steven’s fight with Arthur Harrow. Even though the runtime for sixth episode was not something fans expected, the episode did covered a lot of areas. We saw Layla becoming an avatar of Taweret after she fress Khonshu. Marc and Steven finds themselves in the real world, and Khonshu gives them back his powers.

The episode also showed us Ammit, who starts judging the humanity and feeds on their souls. Khonshu does fight Ammit, but he is too weak to defeat the Egyptian Goddess of Death. As Ammit states in the episode, time has been cruel to Khonshu, so it’s no wonder that the Egyptian God of Moon relies on his avatar to do his dirty work. Nevertheless, Marc and Steven finally defeats Arthur and Ammit, thanks to Marc’s third personality, Jake Lockely.

Even though the show teased Jake Lockley in several Moon Knight episode, the third personality only came to the screen in sixth episode. We briefly see him in the post-credit scene when he shoots Arthur several times, doing something that Marc couldn’t. Jake Lockley clearly projects Marc’s darker personality, and fans wants to see more of him. But the community will not get anymore of Jake, Marc, or Steven next week.

Moon Knight Episode 7 will not Happen

Marvel Studios confirmed that Moon Knight, similar to Loki, is a mini-series. So, it will feature a total of six episodes, and nothing more. So, today’s episode marks the end of the run for Moon Knight’s first season. Now, we can only wish for the studio to announce a second season for the Phase 4 series. If season 2 happens, we might also see Shadow Knight appearing as a main villain after Arthur Harrow’s demise.

As of now, there’s no official word on Moon Knight getting a Season 2, but we can assume that the character will make appearances in upcoming MCU projects.
