Black Friday 2023 is right around the corner, but you don’t have to wait a minute longer to get a good deal on one of Christopher Nolan’s movies. The director’s 2014 sci-fi film Interstellar is discounted to just $8 right now for the 4K Blu-ray edition.
It normally sells for $26 on Amazon, so this is a pretty great Black Friday deal. The package comes with Interstellar on a Blu-ray disc as well as a copy of the film digitally. Shipping is free for Prime members.
Of note, Interstellar is currently streaming on Prime for subscribers. But those who want what some believe to be the optimal viewing experience might want to grab it on a disc.
Released in 2014, Interstellar was written and directed by Nolan and stars Matthew McConaughey as an astronaut sent deep into space to find a new planet for humans. The film also stars Jessica Chastain and Anne Hathaway and won an Oscar for Best Visual Effects.
If you can’t get enough Nolan, Ian Nathan’s 2022 book, Christopher Nolan: The Iconic Filmmaker and His Work, is discounted to $27 on Amazon for Black Friday. It normally sells for $36.
Some of Nolan’s other movies, like his Batman trilogy, are also discounted for Black Friday.
