When consumed, Starlight Shards restore 2 FP per second for a total of 60 seconds. These items are particularly useful during PvP and punishing boss fights that give players very few opportunities to replenish their Focus Points using Flasks. There are only 23 Starlight Shards in Elden Ring so it’s a good idea to gather as many of them as you can because you never know when you’re going to need them.
