Capcom Wants to Know Which Resident Evil Remakes You Want to See in the Future

Capcom has a stellar record with its Resident Evil remakes so far. Of the four that the company has made until now, 2019’s Resident Evil 3 is the only one that hasn’t enjoyed universal praise, while all four have seen impressive success where sales are concerned. That the company is likely going to keep this train going isn’t exactly the most outlandish guess in the world- though which Resident Evil remake is up next?

That, interestingly enough, is a question that Capcom wants input on from you. The company recently sent out a survey that primarily focuses on questions about its Resident Evil Ambassadors program and the franchise’s social media presence, though in the final question, Capcom asks fans if there are any other Resident Evil games they want to see remakes for in the future.

There are, of course, several possible answers to this question, as many series fans would tell you. The most straightforward one would be Resident Evil 5, since we saw the launch of Resident Evil 4’s remake earlier this year. Of course, Resident Evil: Code – Veronica is another game that fans have been hoping to see remade for some time now.

Meanwhile, there’s also been plenty of demand for another remake of the original Resident Evil, in the style of the RE2, 3, and 4 remakes, while you’re also likely to find some fans of the franchise who’d like to see Resident Evil Zero remade.

Either way, this survey is a good chance to let Capcom know. This isn’t the first time the company has sent out surveys on this topic, and clearly, Resident Evil remakes is something it wants to keep making. Hopefully we’ll see something come of this sooner rather than later.
