South Korean singer BIBI has released a new song called ‘Eve’, in collaboration with the upcoming PlayStation 5 title Stellar Blade.

The music video for ‘Eve’ features BIBI in a world that’s inspired by the upcoming video game, and also includes references and easter eggs to the new title. Notably, the song’s title also shares its name with the game’s protagonist.

“Seems like a possibility, feel like I’mma win this game again / See these flawless, perfect victories / Come, joy, witness abnormality,” BIBI sings croons on the chorus of the song, which is performed in a mix of English and Korean.

Stellar Blade, slated for release on April 26, follows the journey of Eve, a warrior who descends from an off-world colony to defeat the Naytibas, the enemy of humanity. The Naytibas appear to be attacking the human race under the command of a higher entity composed of Alpha and an Elder, however their origin remains unclear.

According to an Instagram post from PlayStation, the song ‘Eve’ was written and composed by BIBI herself, and was “inspired by the futuristic sci-fi feel and look of Stellar Blade”.

In other BIBI news, she and GOT7’s Jackson Wang recently performed an unreleased duet together during their performance at Coachella on April 14. Titled ‘Feeling Lucky’, the new song was entirely performed in English, however plans for an official release for the song have yet to be disclosed.

Both stars were part of 88rising’s ‘Futures’ set at the festival’s Mojave stage, and will return this coming weekend on April 21. Aside from Wang and BIBI, the set also features a slew of other Asian artists, including Korea’s Tiger JK and Yoonmirae, Japan’s YOASOBI and Atarashii Gakko!, among others.
