Preorders are now live for Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy on PC, a game that’s perfect for anyone who wants to flex some legal eagle powers of deduction. Over at Fanatical, you can get a 17% discount on this preorder, as the $50 game is available for $41.50 currently.
A spin-off from Capcom’s main Phoenix Wright series of legal thrillers, Apollo Justice follows the titular rookie lawyer as he takes on seemingly impossible cases and cracks the contradictions in witness testimonies when they take the stand in court.
This is a pretty chunky collection of courtroom dramas, made up of 16 episodes–14 original cases and two previously DLC-only special episodes–spread across three games. Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies, and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice, have all gotten a sharper visual upgrade and there are plenty of extras included in this package that are hard to object to.
The Orchestra Hall allows you to listen to the in-game background music and select orchestral arrangements, the Art Library is a collection of fine art, and you can use the Animation Studio to recreate your favorite scenes from the available character animations. For anyone looking for a physical edition on Nintendo Switch, you won’t have long to wait for that version.
While it is priced at $50, it’s the same game on that Nintendo platform and it features some very nice key art on the cover. Alternatively, you can satisfy your craving for law and order with Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy, The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles, and Ace Attorney Turnabout Collection on Switch.
