1. ‘Escort Boys’

This French Original series debuted on Prime Video just before Christmas to pretty much zero fan-fare. That’s a real shame as ‘Escort Boys’ is a HELL of a lot of fun. Ben (Guillaume Labbé) returns home to the family farm in Camargue following the death of his father, to find that the business is in dire straits. Reluctantly, he joins forces with three friends to start an escort business in a bid to raise the money he needs to keep the farm afloat. The show is funny, sexy and engaging, and it’s one that will catch you off-guard.

2. ‘The Manny’

This is one of our favourite finds on Netflix in a while. ‘The Manny’ launched in December and it’s a charming Mexican romantic comedy about single mother Jimena (Sandra Echeverría) who hires male nanny Gabriel (Iván Amozurrutia), and struggles to fight her attraction to him. Jimena has no idea her perfect new nanny is hiding a secret agenda, and the arrival of her estranged husband causes further complications. Read our full feature on ‘The Manny’ to find out more.

3. ‘Fool Me Once’

Harlan Coben is having a great streak on Netflix with his mystery series and ‘Fool Me Once’ is the latest one that has us hooked. Led by a superb Michelle Keegan, with a cast that includes Joanna Lumley and Richard Armitage, ‘Fool Me Once’ centres on Maya (Keegan), a woman whose husband is murdered. Days later, Maya sees her late husband on a nanny cam and uncovers a web of lies and deceit that makes her question everything she thought she knew.

4. ‘Pact of Silence’

If you liked ‘Pretty Little Liars’, you’ll absolutely love Netflix’s Mexican drama ‘Pact of Silence’. Brenda (Camila Valero) is abandoned as a baby and left to die by a group of young girls, one of which is her mother. Years later, Brenda tracks the four women down to mess with their lives and find out who her real mother is. It’s trashy, it’s wildly entertaining and it’s the epitome of a guilty pleasure. What are you waiting for? Dive straight in!

5. ‘Fellow Travelers’

You had us at Jonathan Bailey and Matt Bomer. Need we say anything more? ‘Fellow Travelers’, which is available on Paramount+, is a love story and political thriller than spans the decades. Starting in the 60s, it tells the story of Hawkins (Bomer) and Tim (Bailey), two men who cross paths and embark on a secret romance.
