Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom – How To Get Midna’s Helmet

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Midna’s Helmet is a legendary armor piece that you can acquire in the game. Named after Link’s companion in Twilight Princess, it’s got decent stats and effects, too. Here’s our guide to help you get Midna’s Helmet in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

How to get Midna’s Helmet in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

The Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Midna’s Helmet can be found in the Depths World, so make sure you’re well prepared. We suggest checking our Depths and Chasms overview if you’re unfamiliar with this underground region.

Now, even though the item is in the Depths, we still need to look for the Chasm that leads to it. The one that we want is called the Eventide Island Chasm. It’s all the way in the southeastern tip of the map.

Basically, if you’ve visited Lurelin Village, you should see another landmass across the Necluda Sea. You can build a boat or hovercraft to reach it. The smaller of the two islands (the one to the right) has the Chasm that you’ll want to skydive into.

Once you’re down below, use several Brightbloom Seeds to see a path ahead. A large wall is blocking the way, but there should be a corridor off to the side. Follow it as it loops around, and you’ll realize that you’ve reached an arena.

Inside the arena, you’ll fight several Gloom-corrupted enemies, including Bokoblins and Lizarfos. After eliminating all of them, you’ll unlock the chest. You’ll then be able to pick up the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Midna’s Helmet legendary armor. Apart from being named after Midna, it’s also got nifty stats, such as a +7 armor rating, as well as offering a bit of Gloom resistance.

Mind you, this isn’t the only legendary or unique armor piece you can find during your travels. You can also acquire the Hylian Shield, Majora’s Mask, and Tunic of the Wind (classic green tunic).
