Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Nopon Register quest guide

Near the very start of your journey through Aionios in Xenoblade Chronicles 3, you’ll meet a Nopon merchant named Shillshill who will give you the quest “Nopon Register”. You’ll need to take a register of all the Nopon merchants across the world, by gathering different coloured stones from each one, for 19 in total.

Players at the start of the game might be shocked that the recommended level for this quest is Level 55, but this is because the game intends for you to slowly complete this quest throughout the entire game. At various rest spots throughout the world, you’ll find Nopon merchants. Next to the Nopon you can trade with will be an assistant who you can talk to and get your stone.

We’ll show you where to get every stone in the game, not including the one Shillshill gives you at the start of the quest.

If you need help elsewhere in Xenoblade Chronicles 3, check out our other guides including how to unlock every Hero, how to unlock every Ascension Quest, and what the best classes are.

Miimo – Forward Post Camp

To start this quest, you’ll need to head back a little bit, as Miimo will be waiting at the Forward Post Camp to the southwest of Colony 9.

Papana – Battlescar Ferronis Hulk

This is in the far north of the Everblight Plain, where you first take control of Noah. However, the area is guarded by some very high-level enemies.

Momama – Tsang Camp

This will likely be the last camp you come across, as it’s in the Upper Aetia Region, which you won’t access until Chapter 6.

Kikinu – Lake Rezzento Camp

You’ll be forced to stay at this camp during the story, it’s by the underground lake in the Fornis region.

Meemoo – Llyn Nyddwr Camp

You’ll find this camp on the Eastern edge of the grassy part of the Fornis region, by a small lake.

Sherolo – Desert Ferronis Hulk

Protected by some tough enemies, this camp is due east of Colony 4 on the very edge of the desert.

Redred – Tableland Ferronis Hulk

Another Hulk that needs liberating from monsters, this camp is on the western edge of the grassland in Fornis.

Totutu – Seilas Terras Camp

This is another camp you’ll head to during the main story, it is just before the entrance to the Urayan Tunnels out of the Fornis region.

Zoka – Ruins of Seebu Camp

Inside a half-destroyed tower in the Urayan tunnels, this will be an early stopping point on your journey through the region.

Aggroro – Cascade Ferronis Hulk

On the big top layer of the Pentelas region’s waterfalls, there is a Hulk in the north that you must liberate.

Loloka – Old Way Camp

At the entrance to the Maktha Wildwood, you’ll find a small camp next to a pond.

Paroro – Engardo Pass Camp

At the very end of the Pentelas region, you’ll be sent to this camp after a very climactic story event.

Memomemo – Clifftop Ferronis Hulk

Past a very high-level area full of Agnus and Keves troops – including two unique monsters – you’ll find this Hulk you must restore.

Bitbit – Hovering Reef 2 Camp

This camp is in the southernmost part of the Keves Castle Region, you’ll go past there on your way to infiltrate Keves Castle.

Selfie – Inlet Camp

In the north of the Erythia Sea, you’ll go to this camp as part of the story in Chapter 5.

Hazidazi – Corne Island Camp

Corne Island is on the west of the Erythia Sea, roughly in the middle of that edge. The camp is on the northwest shore.

Dumdum – Atoll Ferronis Hulk

In the southwest of the Erythia Sea there is a big rock circle, with an entrance on one side that leads to a small sandy island. This is the Hulk you need to liberate.

Tamtam – Sandbar Ferronis Hulk

Land on the island directly north of the lighthouse you visit during the story, and head roughly to the centre of the island. Amongst all the sand pits there will be a Hulk.

Ruggyscruggy – Li Garte Prison/Death’s Door

Ruggyscruggy is unique, as you need to complete a quest to get his stone. You can first pick up this quest when infiltrating Li Garte Prison in Chapter 5, however, if you miss the quest there you’ll find him at the camp in Angus Castle in Chapter 6.

For his quest, you just need to pick up three stones in the prison garden. He’ll then ask you which one you want, but it doesn’t matter which one you pick.
