Xbox Partner Preview Livestream on October 25th to Feature Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth and More

Microsoft will be having an Xbox Partner Preview livestream this week featuring updates on third-party titles such as Dungeons of Hinterberg, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, Alan Wake II and more.

Xbox Partner Preview Live Stream on October 25th

Taking place this week on October 25th, Xbox will be hosting a Partner Preview showing off third-party titles. The broadcast sets to have a “fresh mix” of not only indie games but also some “familiar favourites”. This includes developers such as Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, Remedy Entertainment, Studio Wildcard, and some others. The stream will be more than 20 minutes of not just trailers but new gameplay footage.

Of course, it wouldn’t be an Xbox stream without some updates on what’s coming to Xbox Game Pass. So far confirmed updates have info on in-game activities for the sequel Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth expected to release in 2024. This title looks to have just as many fun and wacky jobs/classes as the first Yakuza: Like a Dragon (which has now dropped the Yakuza in the title), with Pyrodancer, Housekeeper and more. From previous footage there are plenty of silly ways to battle enemies with turn-based combat and tag team mechanics.

A launch trailer for the return of the spooky detective tale Alan Wake 2 and first gameplay footage of Ark: Survival Ascended are also part of the schedule. Then there’s more on the Action-RPG Dungeons of Hinterberg which combines puzzle-solving, magic and relationship-building elements set to release in 2024.

Why yes that is a Shark boss in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth. Just no more Yakuza babies, please.

If you want to catch the livestream when it happens, it will be taking place on October 25th at 10:00 am PT/1:00 PM ET on both Youtube and Twitch.
