Netflix and Tomorrow Corporation have released a remaster of our 2010 iPad Game of the Year, World of Goo, on iOS and Android worldwide. If you’ve somehow not played the original yet, it was an amazing puzzler featuring millions of goo balls and brilliant music, and also one that played perfectly on a touchscreen. The remaster was already available on PC platforms, and it is out now on mobile. This new remaster brings a version of the physics-based puzzler’s for modern mobile devices with support for all screen sizes. Having played it for a bit, it is smoother and still feels amazing, but some elements are a bit blurry on my iPad Pro. Watch the trailer for World of Goo Remastered on Netflix below:
On Netflix Games, World of Goo Remastered also features additional localizations with the total amount of languages supported including: English, Spanish (Spain), Spanish (Latin America), French, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Hungarian, Korean, Japanese, Chinese (simplified), Chinese (traditional), Portuguese (Brazil), and Turkish. If you’d like to grab it on iOS and Android and have an active Netflix subscription, get World of Goo Remastered on the App Store for iOS here and on Google Play for Android here. Check out our new forum thread for it here. Have you played World of Goo before or will you be trying it through World of Goo Remastered on Netflix today?
