In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you’ll make a lot of different dishes that help Link with vital stats such as stamina regeneration. One sweet ingredient shows up in a lot of the more interesting dishes. Here is our guide on where to get Courser Bee Honey in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom – where to get Courser Bee Honey

If you’ve learned how to make honeyed apples in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you already know the value of Courser Bee Honey. The dish restores stamina, which means you could find yourself using it frequently. And yet the required honey is quite rare.

The best place to find Courser Bee Honey is in the West Necluda region. Technically, it can appear anywhere there is a forest. You’ll find it hanging from tree limbs occasionally. I’ve even found a hive dangling from one of the trees just out the south gate of Lookout Landing. However, there are areas where trees appear much more densely. That impacts the odds of finding something good.

To find and farm honey, start by heading to Dueling Peaks Stable. You’ll find it just east of Mable Ridge in West Necluda. From there, journey a short distance southeast to reach Bubinga Forest (see the map of the location above) and Hickaly Woods.

The two forests comprise a risky area to explore. There are a number of aggressive enemies. The possible foes you might encounter include a bear or two, which should tell you something about your prospects of finding honey. Tend to any threats and keep your eyes on the tree branches. I’ve found three hives on a single trip to the two forests, which is the best result I’ve had in any forested area in Hyrule. In one recent case, I even encountered a Bokoblin carrying a Honeycomb Stick weapon it must have assembled using a stick and some honeycomb.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available for purchase from the Nintendo Store.
