The best option is to run behind Greyoll and attack its tail where the other dragons won’t see you.
Using a bleed weapon will also speed this process up, as the bleed effect goes off a percentage of the target’s health. With Greyoll having so much HP, the percentages for each build-up will possibly be in the tens of thousands. After defeating Greyoll, the surrounding smaller dragons will also die, and you’ll receive five dragon hearts and have the ability to trade for Greyoll’s Roar.
