In the Lands Between, Ghost Gloveworts can be hard to find. You may find yourself thinking you finally stumbled upon the correct Glovewort, just to be immediately disappointed that it’s another sub-5 Glovewort.
Elden Ring continues to ensure that nothing is given to you on a golden platter, and searching for these shiny plants isn’t any different. Ghost Glovewort 8’s can be found in various locations, but they are in treacherous areas as you approach late-game territory. Make sure you’re well-equipped before venturing out on your quest to upgrade your spirit ashes.
Nokstella River
The first area where you can find Ghost Glovewort 8 is at the Nokstella River within the Nokstella Eternal City. You will have to follow the questline of Ranni The Witch to reach this location. When you arrive at the Nokstella, Eternal City Site of Grace, head west until you get to a miniature ravine filled with the Silver Tear NPCs that look like metallic blobs.
Upon reaching the middle of this ravine, there will be one Ghost Glovewort 8 on the ground to your left and one to your right. Continue to travel West, past the standing arch, until you come close to the edge of the map, where you will see two more Silver Tears (approach from the right). Make a sharp left, and the third plant will be hiding a rock.
Mohgwyn Palace
The next area where you can find this rare plant is Mohgwyn Palace, in the blood pool by the giant bird. First, you will need to fast travel to the Palace Approach Ledge-Road Site of Grace, the same location where you can rune farm the giant bird. If you have not unlocked this location yet, no need to fret! You can unlock this area in two different ways using this guide.
Once you have arrived, head north towards the large rock formation and summon Torrent. You will have to do some Torrent parkour along the edge of the rocks to make your way down to the platform where the giant bird is located. Once you’re down there, travel West along the edge and pick up the Ghost Glovewort 8 by the trees.
Fast travel back to the Site of Grace and head North to the following location. This time, instead of stopping to climb down with Torrent, continue straight along the path until you arrive at the vast cavern filled with pools of blood. As you continue North, two small cave openings will be on your right. You will see the glowing Ghost Glovewort at the second cave entrance to your right.

The third and final location to find Ghost Glovewort 8 along with the Ghost-Glovewort Picker’s Bell Bearing [3] (which allows players to purchase an unlimited amount of Ghost Glovewort 8 from the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable) is near the Haligtree Roots Site of Grace. If you have fought Malenia, Blade of Miquella, you have likely respawned here about 100 times. If you haven’t, you can follow this guide to get there.
From the Site of Grace, make your way to the graveyard in Elphael. You’ll want to turn around, take the elevator and continue straight until you make your way outside. Once outside, make a left and travel down the path. On your way to the end of the path, there will be a tree on your left with a tombstone at its base that will have the final Ghost Glovewort 8.
But don’t stop here; you’re seconds away from access to unlimited Ghost Glovewort 8! Continue down the path until you reach the very end. You will find a patch of gravestones where the Ghost-Glovewort Picker’s Bell Bearing [3] will be resting. Take this Bell Bearing to the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable, and you will be able to purchase as many Ghost Glovewort 8’s as your heart desires.
