Campfires are a vital resource in Fortnite, providing players with a way to heal themselves and repair their vehicles. In the heat of battle, a well-placed campfire can be the difference between victory and defeat.
In this article, we’ll take a look at all the different campfire locations in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4. We’ll also provide some tips on how to best use campfires to your advantage.
Fortnite Campfire locations
You can find Campfires in multiple locations in Fortnite. There are some either in or near every major POI. The location with the most campfire locations is Shady Stilts, but to be fair, Brutal Bastions is a close second. We have the world map you can use below, which shows that this is right, but read on for what I consider to be the best spot.
I don’t recommend going to the above if you’re not looking for a fight. When you have quests that involve going to campfires, the last place you want to go is to the places with the most because those places get swarmed. Instead, it’s better to go to a place that you know doesn’t have many people but also have a fair number of campfires just in case. Luckily, I’ve played the game and I have goto areas that I will share which always help me finish quests quickly.

Best place to get campfires in Fortnite
The smartest place to get campfire quests done is in the east of the map. You’re going to want to head to the middle of three cities, Slappy Shores, Knotty Nets, and Mega City. As you can see below, there’s a fair amount of campfires in this area, but my favorite is in the little island on the northeast side of this map.
So get the quests you need done through this campfire, and then you can spend a few seconds to swim back to the main island. From there, you have the choice of two cities to go to. If you’re the kind of person who likes to fight, Mega City is your place to the east. If you are like me and just want some quick weapons without much hassle, head to Slappy Shores in the north.
You can use this for other things you want, as Knotty Nets and the island above it tend to be empty but always seem to have quest stuff you can finish there.
