Where Is Spike’s Bike in RoboCop: Rogue City? Answered

The ‘Spike in a Haystack’ quest tasks you with tracking down Spike’s Bike in Detroit, giving you a large area to search. The issue is: RoboCop is as mobile as a climbing frame. To avoid wasting time, let’s answer the question: Where is Spike’s Bike in RoboCop: Rogue City?

The location of Spike’s Bike in RoboCop

You’re given a fairly large area to search after speaking with the Tattoo Artist. There are several bikes that almost fit the search criteria, but the one you’re after is tucked away off the main road.

You can find the bike you want in the location pictured above. Scan it, and you’ll unlock the next part of the quest. You don’t earn anything for scanning the other motorcycles, so it’s fine to head straight here.

Where should I go after finding Spike’s Bike?

Your mission objective is in the building right next to the bike. The marker directs you upstairs. However, I recommend going downstairs into the basement first. There are no enemies to worry about, but there are two open rooms down here.

The furthest has a Recovery Charge inside. Even though your health bar isn’t visible unless you’re in combat, it’s worth checking to see if you have max HP. If you don’t, you can use the charge to top yourself up.

The other room is much more interesting as there are some Incriminating Documents and an OCP Training Disk up for grabs. The placement of the OCP Training Disk is rather sneaky, as the doorway hides it if you approach it from a certain angle. Training Disks grant an additional skill point and are well worth hunting for.

Is there anything else in the building?

Besides the goodies in the basement and the mission objective upstairs, there’s nothing of value in the complex. You can speak to the man cleaning the wall in the hallway for some funny dialogue that changes after you’ve finished the mission, but it’s entirely optional.
