What Is The Wordle Answer Today? #379 Hints & Tips For Sunday, July 3

Wordle has updated once more with a new puzzle for July 3, ending the week with a lovely word that sparks images of the prettiest aspects of nature. This word, thankfully, isn’t more challenging than yesterday’s “egret,” but its spelling presents a bit more of a challenge than most Wordle puzzles. Though, with all this nature theming, it does seem that Wordle is following a bit of a pattern in July!

Here’s everything you need to know for July 3’s Wordle puzzle, from hints all the way to the final answer.

This word is the name of a well-known flowering plant. Its beautiful light purple flowers grow in almost-conical clusters, giving off its signature sweet fragrance. Additionally, this word could also refer to the specific shade of purple of this plant’s flowers.

Our next hint focuses on the make-up of the word’s letters. While it has some of the common vowels, this word also has two of the same consonant. This means there are only four unique letters in this word.

For our last hint, the Wordle July 2 answer begins with an “L“ and ends with a “C“.

What Is The Wordle Answer Today? (Sunday, July 3)

The answer to July 3’s Wordle puzzle is “LILAC.”

Lilac is a gorgeous color, appearing in many shades across nature. Lilac plants themselves can be anything from a very pale purple to a very vibrant one, while other plants can sport similar varieties of lilac. These plants are native to Europe, but are also popular hedge decorations in North America.

It’s a bit unusual for Wordle to continue to follow a pattern, so be sure to stay sharp for future puzzles! The next one may not lean towards a nature-themed word – but of course, we can never know for sure. Check back at midnight your local time to get started on the next challenge Wordle has in store! We’ll have everything you need to know to land that final answer.
