LEGO Fortnite is the new open-world sandbox game set within the Fortnite universe, and players are able to build whatever they want, alongside fending off the environment. LEGO Fortnite: What are Charms Explained
The new LEGO mode sets players within the block-building realm, where they’ll be asked to try and survive amongst the troubling conditions that the game has to offer.
Not only are there going to be monsters for players to fend off, but you’ll also need to manage your hunger alongside the temperature of the world, whether it is cold or hot.
One aspect of LEGO Fortnite that differs itself from other sandbox games is the new Charm feature that they’ve added.
This is going to be a craftable/obtainable item within the LEGO Fortnite world that will aid players in defending themselves from these conditions.
Epic Games noted the following “To face off against foes, craft self-defense tools at a Crafting Bench. To endure the extreme cold or heat, eat certain foods or craft certain Charms.”

While there are bound to be numerous of these Charms within LEGO Fortnite, some of these, including the ones that fend off the conditions from affecting your player, are going to be worthwhile to snag.
The hunger Charm doesn’t seem too useful at first glance, as unless you’re running around the entire map, players are always going to have stable food production thanks to crops.
