Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile (Free) is finally launching worldwide this week after going up for pre-order back in November 2022 with a May 2023 placeholder date listed on the App Store. Ahead of the release, an App Store story has gone live showcasing new gameplay and also revealing an iOS exclusive graphics option. If you’re playing Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile on iPhone 15 Pro/Pro Max or an iPad with an M1 chip (or later), you will have access to a the Peak Graphics mode. This will have the game running at 2K resolution with improved texture and resolution caching. The story goes on to reveal that the game will also have improved draw distance, more detailed foliage, reflection mapping and ambient occlusion, and more. Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile will launch on March 21st with the Verdansk and Rebirth Island Battle Royale maps. It will also have cross-progression for players who play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and the PC/console version of Call of Duty: Warzone. Ahead of its launch, you can still pre-register for the game to unlock a few rewards at launch. More details on cross progression across games and platforms is available here.
