Warzone 2’s DMZ has a variety of different faction missions. Though their main purpose is to reward players with exclusive cosmetic items, completing them will also grant you access to additional insured weapon slots. While some missions are as simple as dropping items into Dumpster Dead Drops, others require you to find more inconspicuous items. Such is the case with the Natural Treasure faction mission, which tasks players with hunting down individual radioactive containers.
Natural Treasure is a tier 3 mission for the Black Mous faction and rewards players with the Endless Knight weapon blueprint – along with 20,000XP. To complete this mission, you will need to locate three hidden loot cache containers (the locations of which are quite vague in the mission briefing) and extract an irradiated drill. But where exactly are these hidden containers?
Completing The Natural Treasure Faction Mission
The radioactive containers are exclusive to the Natural Treasure faction mission and cannot be found by players who do not have the mission active. In addition to completing each stage of the mission, each container will also reward you with high-value items that can be sold at the nearest buy station.
The first hidden container is located at the oasis on the west side of Taraq. While there are a few bodies of water here, this particular loot cache can be found in the body of water that resembles a U-shape right next to a palm tree. Loot this hidden loot cache to complete the first stage.
The second container is located at the bottom of the inlet southeast of Hafid Port. Be on the lookout when heading here, as a fair bit of AI patrols the surrounding areas of interest. Swim down and loot this hidden loot cache to complete the second stage of this mission.
The final hidden container can be found on the right-hand side of the river running east of Taraq village. Looting this container is only the first part of this stage, however, as you will also need to extract the irradiated drill found inside. Once you have the drill, head to the nearest Exfil and successfully extract to complete the Natural Treasure faction mission. Alternatively, you could complete a Rescue Hostage contract for a more stealthy exfil.
