Overseer Games and developer Digital Reef Games announced this week that Aquatico will be coming to Steam Next Fest in October. The team will be dropping a free demo of the game onto Steam on October 3rd, giving you a chance to take on this survival city builder in which you will run a community on the ocean floor. You’ll have to deal with keeping people alive, managing resources, and dealing with natural disasters and attacks from different creatures, all while expanding the city to become a new home underwater. Humanity has poured any remaining hope into the depths of the sea in search for a fresh beginning. Upon discovering an astonishing world below the waves, the opportunity to start anew became within reach. The advantages and disadvantages of constructing a city underwater will play a significant role when taking on tasks and expeditions. With regional based biomes, various temperatures and level of depths may impact how players approach different builds.
