With Star Wars Jedi: Survivor having launched last weeks, fans of the IP have had another excellent game to dive into, though unsurprisingly, there’s more still in the pipeline from a number of studios across the industry. In fact, there could even be a rather interesting Star Wars project currently in the works that we don’t yet know about.
That’s according to VGC’s Andy Robinson, who recently took to Twitter to tease an unannounced Star Wars real-time strategy game that’s currently in development at “a big-name developer.” Robinson didn’t elaborate on who the developer in question is, though he did say fans “won’t have to wait much longer” for the game, suggesting that a potential announcement might not be too far away.
There is, of course, another Star Wars strategy title confirmed to be in development right now at Bit Reactor, a studio comprised of former XCOM developers, which has partnered with Respawn Entertainment, though Robinson says the RTS he is referring to is a different project.
