Fans have been waiting for a Skulls and Bones showcase for a while now, and Ubisoft is finally gearing up for a gameplay showcase pretty soon.
Announced back at E3 2017, we haven’t heard a lot about Skull and Bones in the past few years. Back then, it was slated to launch the next year itself but it was subsequently delayed multiple times, with the last announcement not even defining a release window for the game at all. However, Ubisoft seems to have finally got the project back on track and we could possibly be seeing a release later this year itself.

In an announcement today, Ubisoft stated that a Skull and Bones gameplay reveal will be coming on Thursday, July 7th, 2022. The Ubisoft Forward event will be starting at 11 am ET, and fans will be able to see it on the official Youtube channel of Ubisoft. There is not much revealed about the event apart from the schedule, but we will likely be seeing a lot more about the game including the release date and pre-order bonuses during the event.
Rumors regarding the game have been afloat for a while now, with popular leaker Tom Henderson stating that the game will be released in November this year. Considering that Ubisoft had stated that it will be releasing the game in this fiscal year itself, this release date doesn’t seem that far-fetched.
Just a few days back, the pre-order bonuses of the game were also leaked, which included the Bloody Bones’ Legacy Mission, The Ashen Corsair Mission, Smuggler Pass Token, Digital Soundtrack, Artbook, and Premium Bonus Pack. With just a couple of days to go for the reveal, we should be getting more details pretty soon.
