Tokyo Revengers has entered its final phase, so it makes sense why Takemichi’s latest vision hints at the death of several Tokyo Manji’s members. Instead of fighting with Kakucho, Takemichi focuses his attention on Sanzu, who is already on the train. Takemichi is not powerful enough to stop Haruchiyo, but maybe with the help of Kakucho, he can save the lives of his friends.

Tokyo Revengers Chapter 255 to Feature Kakucho and Sanzu’s Fight
According to recent spoilers, Takemichi will ask Kakucho to stay away from the tracks because Sanzu intends to kill everyone on his path. Kakucho doesn’t understand how Takemichi knows the future, but he does see Sanzu driving a train. The Defense Unit Captain asks Sanzu what he intends to do, and Haruchiyo says that he wants to kill everyone except Mikey.
Kakucho states that maybe Takemichi can predict the future, and that’s how they found Sanzu’s location. Sanzu is surprised, but he doesn’t waste any time and attacks Takemichi with his Katana. Fortunately, Kakucho stops Sanzu’s attack with his jacket. Kakucho now asks Sanzu if it’s the same Katana that he used to kill Mucho. Sanzu didn’t say anything, and he kept on attacking Kakucho with the sword.
The chapter now shows a small flashback, and we see that Kakucho lost his family when he was in the third grade. After that, he always stayed alone, but that changed because of Izana and Takemichi. Finally, we see Kakucho saying the words “Life’s not so bad” while Sanzu slashes him with Katana.
At this point, it’s clear that Kakucho will die after Sanzu’s final blow, which might motivate Takemichi to stand strong in the fight. On top of that, Sanzu’s actions against Kakucho might turn some of the existing members of the Kanto Manji gang against Mikey.
